A nationally known abstract painter based in Hoover, Alabama, Liz creates vivid, expressive works using acrylic and oil on canvas, panel, paper, and more.
With a background in fashion design from the University of Alabama, Liz brings a strong sense of movement, rhythm, and emotion to her work—drawing inspiration from music, dance, books, and especially nature.
Her paintings are layered, energetic, and intuitive. Each piece is a moment captured in color, guided not by narrative but by balance, feeling, and form.
Beyond the studio, Liz is passionate about environmental advocacy and arts education. She’s hosted events benefiting clean air and water initiatives in Alabama and actively donates art supplies to educators in underfunded schools.
