Born and raised in our hometown, Kelley has always been a creator. After earning her BFA in Art and Design from Auburn University in 2001, she spent over a decade in the design industry before returning to her first love—working with her hands to make art.

Kelley’s work is driven by curiosity, constant study, and tactile exploration. Her favorite subjects—the human form and natural elements—are observed and reinterpreted through shifting technique, layered mediums, and dynamic compositions.

She often combines wet and dry materials in gestural portrait work that invites the viewer into her creative process. For Kelley, it’s all about keeping herself—and her audience—engaged, inspired, and guessing what’s next.
